If you are enrolled in the Alpha-1 Research Registry, you will receive an email within 5 - 10 minutes to the email address we have on file for you. Ensure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If you are not enrolled in the Registry, you will not receive an email and we encourage you to join.

If our Registry recognizes the combination of these data points, you will receive an email to the email address you used when you joined the Registry. Please look out for an email from alpha1registry@alpha1.org with your unique Registry identification number (check your SPAM/JUNK folder). If you do not receive an email within 5 - 10 minutes, re-enter your information to recheck the Registry database.

If you do not receive an email, you have not been identified as a Registry participant and we encourage you to enroll into the Registry.
